Observation

Licensor observed 2 blinds with cords in main licensed nap space. Provder was asked to remove them. Licensor observed exit window having screen and was able to open beyond three & one-half inches to prevent children from exiting. Licensor observed a extension cord that was near TV area that needed to be secured out of childrens access. Licensor observed an outlet in dramatic play room, below window, left side not meeting WAC.
